Die Arbeit ist ein Angebot.
Im Arbeitsprozess dachte über Käfige und Käfighaltung nach.
Es thematisiert das Festhalten, sowie die Beklemmung innerhalb einer Struktur. Manche Gitter sind inhaltslos, manche befüllt, manche Inhalte quellen heraus.
Was soll das für ein Angebot sein? Bietet hier überhaupt jemand etwas an?
Nein, alles schon lange nicht mehr benutzt. Beinahe so lange nicht mehr, wie ich lebe.
Der Alte Kornspeicher!
Nur Leere Hüllen mit Erinnerungen, wovon das Skelett des Gebäudes erzählt. Ich finde mich an dem Punkt wieder, wo mir von einem System erzählt worden ist, was ich selbst nicht erlebt habe. Dennoch fühlt es sich so an, als hätte es mir die Generation meiner Eltern und Großeltern ein Stück weit übertragen. Und nun zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt die „Wende“, auch hier im Kornspeicher!
An der Wand versuche ich diagramm-artig eine andere Art von Lösung für das beschriebene Bild zu suchen. Es gibt vereinzelte Setzungen hinter der Säule im Treppenhaus. Sie funktionieren als flüchtige, sich wiederholende Tätigkeiten im Hintergrund. Sie dünnen nach oben hin aus. Das Angebot versteht sich im Aushalten der Leere.

The Old Granary!
Just empty shells with memories, which is what the building's skellet tells me about. I find myself at the point where I have been told about a system, which I have not experienced myself. Yet it feels like it has been transmitted to me a bit by my parents' and grandparents' generation. And now at the present time "the turn" is to be carried out, also here in the old granary.
At the wall I try diagram-like to look for another kind of solution for the described picture. There are isolated settlements behind the column in the staircase. They function as fleeting, repetitive activities in the background. They thin out towards the top. The offer is understood in the endurance of emptiness.
In meiner künstlerischen Arbeit geht es mir um das Plastizieren eines Innen und eines äußeren Körpers. Die Durchlässigkeit der Schicht ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil dabei. Verschiedene Materialien, wie Stoffe, Papier, aber auch gefundene Metallteile können ein Teil der Arbeit sein und erzählen dabei ihre eigene Verwertungsgeschichte.

My artistic work is about sculpting an inner and an outer body. The permeability of the layer is an essential part of this. Different materials, such as fabrics, paper, but also found metal parts can be a part of the work and tell their own exploitation story.
